Handmade construction means that minor differences in texture, measurements and finish may occur. These natural variations give each finished bag its individual character.

Yes. Zemvo works with a group of independent artisans who make our bags by hand in Boston. Minor variations in measurements, texture and finish can occur as a natural result of handmade construction.
Are the bags made to order?
No. The current Zemvo collection is held in ready-to-ship inventory in Boston. When a design sells out, it cannot be purchased unless more stock becomes available.
Can I choose another color or size?
Each bag is available only in the color palette and dimensions shown on its product page. These details are part of the fixed design and are not selectable variants.
