3. Eligibility to purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into the purchase agreement.
- The information supplied during checkout is complete and accurate.
- You are authorized to use the PayPal account or payment method used for the order.
- The purchase is for lawful personal or gift use and not for fraudulent activity.
4. Products and handmade characteristics
Zemvo sells handmade bags from ready-to-ship inventory. Product pages provide the applicable description, materials, colors, dimensions, care information, price and availability.
Because products are handmade, minor variations in measurements, texture, pattern placement and finish may occur. These variations can be part of the individual character of a handmade item and are not necessarily defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display colors accurately, but screens, device settings and lighting conditions can affect how colors appear.
Customers should review all product information before placing an order. Contact us before ordering if clarification about a material, measurement, color or care instruction is required.
Product availability
Inventory is tracked by product. Placing an item in the cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout is completed.
In the unlikely event that inventory information is incorrect after an order is placed, Zemvo may cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund to the original PayPal payment method.
5. Pricing and sales tax
Product prices are displayed in US dollars. The price shown on the product page and during checkout applies at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the transaction and delivery address.
Standard USPS Ground Advantage shipping is free to eligible addresses across all 50 US states.
Zemvo may change product prices prospectively. A price change does not alter an already accepted order unless the original price resulted from a clear technical or typographical error.
6. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product under these terms. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
Zemvo may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure or reversal
- Incorrect pricing caused by an obvious error
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- An incomplete or undeliverable address
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
If a paid order is canceled by Zemvo, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original PayPal payment method.
Order changes
Requests to change or cancel an order should be emailed to support@zemvo.shop as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal. The payment options available through PayPal will be displayed during checkout.
Zemvo does not directly receive or store the complete payment credentials entered into PayPal. PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to its service.
An order will not be processed for dispatch until payment has been successfully received or authorized as required.
8. Shipping and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. USPS normally estimates 2–5 business days in transit after acceptance, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional information about tracking, delays, address issues and damaged parcels appears in our Shipping Policy .
Risk associated with delivery will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.
9. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Eligible products may be returned when requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Zemvo provides prepaid return shipping for eligible returns and does not charge a restocking fee.
Returned products must satisfy the eligibility requirements in our Refund and Returns Policy .
Direct exchanges are not currently offered. A customer may return an eligible product and place a separate order for another available item.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Acceptable website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers or connected systems.
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation.
- Use automated tools to overload, scrape or disrupt the website where prohibited by law.
- Submit false, misleading, abusive or fraudulent information.
- Use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Zemvo or another person.
Zemvo may restrict access or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats or material violations of these terms.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Zemvo name, website design, original text, product presentation, graphics and original photographs are owned by or licensed to Zemvo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Website content may be viewed for personal shopping and informational purposes. It may not be copied, republished, sold, commercially exploited or represented as another business’s content without authorization, except as permitted by law.
12. Website availability and liability
Zemvo aims to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, network failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zemvo is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from website interruption or misuse.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct or other non-waivable obligations.
Product care instructions should be followed. Zemvo is not responsible for deterioration caused by misuse, unsuitable cleaning products, improper storage, unauthorized alteration or care inconsistent with the supplied instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including PayPal and USPS. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
A third-party link does not necessarily mean that Zemvo controls or endorses all content provided by that third party.

Zemvo may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to the store, services, policies or applicable requirements.
The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are published. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
